Assaad Mitri of Ocean World Group represented the seller, while Mohamed Al Zaabi, CEO of Royal Yachts represented the buyer in the sale of the 52.4-metre luxury yacht villa Al Manara, a landmark GCC transaction concluded in record time following her delivery.
Delivered in 2025, Al Manara is recognised as the first yacht villa of its kind in the GCC. She was conceived as a private waterfront residence, combining superyacht engineering with true villa-scale living and redefining large-scale luxury on the water in the region.
With 450 GT and an exceptional 628 square metres of interior volume complemented by 720 square metres of exterior space, Al Manara’s standout features include a rooftop leisure deck with pool and bar, multiple Jacuzzi terraces, a waterfront lounge with direct sea access and an elevator connecting all decks. A commercial galley, integrated exterior air-conditioning and a 72-speaker immersive audio system further enhance her residential and hospitality capabilities.
Accommodation is arranged for up to 12 guests across six double cabins, including a full private owner’s residence complete with dressing room, expansive ensuite and a sliding 85-inch television. She also carries nine crew across four cabins, ensuring seamless service on board.
